We look forward to working with you! But first, please note:

  • Commissions start once we receive full payment, processed through PayPal or Etsy.
     

  • Please be as clear and descriptive as possible in your order. You'll be able to approve the design but once sculpting has begun we can't make any changes.

  • If the completed sculpture meets the agreed upon requirements in the design stage we won't be able to refund or remake it free of charge.
     

  • Our art is for personal use only, you must tell us if you're planning to use your sculpture commercially.
     

  • Currently we don't accept NSFW requests.
     

  • We reserve the right to cancel a commission upon any discourteous behaviour. If this happens we will refund your money after extracting any material costs we've already put toward your order.
